Before we talk

Do you work remotely or in person?

Both. I work with clients across the UAE, South Africa, and globally — primarily via video, with in-person engagements available in Dubai and Cape Town.

How long does a coaching engagement typically last?

Most executive coaching engagements run 6–12 months, with sessions roughly every two to three weeks. Shorter focused interventions and one-off psychometric debriefs are also possible.

Is the work confidential?

Yes. All coaching is held in strict professional confidence. Where a sponsor (e.g. your organisation) is funding the work, we agree upfront what, if anything, is shared and with whom — never the content of sessions.

Do you offer psychometric assessments as a standalone service?

Yes. I'm accredited in a wide range of internationally recognised assessments — Hogan, MBTI, EQi 2.0, The Leadership Circle 360, Insights Discovery, OPQ, 16PF5, Belbin, and more. Assessments can be delivered standalone with a debrief, or integrated into a broader coaching engagement.

What are your fees?

Fees vary depending on scope, level of seniority, and whether the engagement is individual, team-based, or organisational. I'll share specific pricing in a short proposal after our scoping conversation.
